3. Section 2 of principal Act amended
Section 2 of the principal Act is amended by—
(a) adding immediately after the definition of “auditor”, the following new definition—
“Chief Registrar” means the Chief Registrar of Associations referred to in section 3A;
(b) deleting the definition of “Registrar”.
