5. Amendments to principal Act
Sections 4 (1) and (2), 5 (1) (a) and (b) and (2), 6 (3) and (4), 7 (1) (d), (2)
and (3), 8 (1) and (2), 9, 10 (1) and (2), 15 (1), (1) (c), (2), (5) and (6), 16 (2)
and (3), 17 (2) (a) and (3), 18 (1) and (6), 19 (5) and (6), 20, 23 (1) and (2),
24 (3), 26 (2), 27 (3), 28 (1), 30 (1), 31 (1), 32 (1), (2), (3), (5), (6), (7), (8),
(9), 33 (2) and (3) and 34 are amended by deleting the word “Registrar”
wherever it appears and replacing it by the words “Chief Registrar”.
