10. Publication and notice
(1) Where the information required under section 9 has been supplied,
the Board shall request the applicant to cause the publications specified in
subsection (2) to be made.
(2) Upon request received from the Board under subsection (1), the applicant shall cause notice of the application—
(a) to be published in the Gazette and, for 2 consecutive days, in
not less than 2 daily newspapers; and
(b) to be given in such other manner as the Board directs.
(3) Any interested person may, within 21 days of the last publication
specified in section (1), give a notice of objection, or make a representation,
stating the grounds of objection or representation.
