11. Consideration of application
In determining whether to grant an application, the Board shall have regard to—
(a) whether the building and the amenities are suitable for the purpose for which the licence is sought to be obtained;
(b) whether the staff is adequate and possesses the appropriate
qualifications;
(c) whether the applicant is a fit and proper person to be granted a
licence;
(d) any objection raised under section 10;
(e) such other criteria as may be prescribed.
