25. Regulations (1) The Minister may make such regulations as he thinks fit for the purposes of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to subsection (1), the Minister may make regulations, in particular, with regard to— (a) the facilities and services to be provided in residential care homes; (b) the numbers and qualifications of staff to be employed; (c) the numbers and competency of staff to be on duty; (d) the records and registers to be kept; (e) the notification of events; (f) giving notices of absence of qualified staff; (g) religious ministration of residents; (h) information to be supplied on application for a licence. (3) The regulations may provide for the levying of fees and charges.
