6. Meetings of Board
(1) The Chairperson, or in his absence, the officer in charge of the Welfare Unit of the Ministry, shall preside at the meetings of the Board.
(2) The quorum of the Board shall be 6.
(3) The Board shall meet at least once every 2 months, but the Chairperson may on his own motion, or shall, at the request of at least 2 members,
convene an extraordinary meeting.
(4) Subject to subsections (1) to (3), the Board shall regulate its meetings
in such manner as it thinks fit.
