71. Repairs to canals
(1) The corporation or other body (not being a community of riverains)
administering any canal shall determine all matters regarding repairs to the
canal.
(2) Repairs to a canal administered by a community of riverains shall be
made at the expense of the riverains jointly, and in proportion to the number
of their shares in the canals, in terms of sections 72 to 77.
