92. Normal flow of river
(1) The normal flow of a river shall be fixed by the Governor-General on
the application of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works, or of any
interested party.
(2) The Governor-General may make regulations for prescribing the manner in which the normal flow of any river shall be ascertained.
