21. Legal proceedings against Authority
(1) No suit, action or proceedings shall be commenced against the
Authority—
(a) after 2 years from the date of the fact, act or omission giving
rise to the suit, action or other proceedings;
(b) unless written notice of the suit, action or proceeding and of the
subject matter of the complaint has been given to the Authority
by or on behalf of the intending plaintiff; and
(c) before the expiry of one month after the notice under paragraph (b) is served.
(2) No evidence shall be given at the trial except of the cause of action
as specified in the notice.
