22. Immunity of Government
(1) Notwithstanding any other enactment, no proceedings shall lie
against Government for any fact, act or omission relating to the exercise by
the Authority of its functions under this Act or the Roads Act.
(2) Any cause of action arising from any fact, act or omission relating to
the exercise by the Authority of its functions under this Act or the Roads Act
shall lie only against the Authority.
