123T. Leaving vehicles in dangerous position
Any person in charge of a vehicle and who causes, or permits, the vehicle
or a trailer drawn by it or any appliance of the vehicle to remain at rest on a
R27 – 105 [Issue 1]
Road Traffic Act
road in such a position or in such condition or in such circumstances as to
be likely to cause danger to other persons using the road shall commit an
offence.
