123Z. Dangerous cycling
(1) Any person who rides a cycle on a road dangerously shall commit an
offence.
(2) For the purpose of subsection (1), a person is to be regarded as riding
dangerously if—
(a) the way he rides falls far below what would be expected of a
competent and careful cyclist; or
(b) he is riding a cycle in a dangerous state,
such that there is a danger of injury to a person or of serious damage to
property.
