125. Road racing
Any person who, except with the consent of, and in accordance with any
conditions imposed by, the Commissioner of Police—
(a) promotes; or
(b) takes part in,
any race or trial of speed between motor vehicles on a road shall commit
an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding
1,000 rupees.
