144. Using vehicle without light
(1) No vehicle shall be allowed on a road between sunset and sunrise unless there is attached to it such lamps and reflectors as may be prescribed.
(2) Any person causing or permitting a vehicle to be on a road between
sunset and sunrise without having affixed to it the prescribed light, lamp or
lamps, or reflectorised material, shall commit an offence.
