31. False licence or token
Any person who—
(a) manufactures any false licence or token;
(b) is in possession of any false licence or token;
(c) affixes to a vehicle a false licence or token; or
(d) affixes a licence or token to a vehicle, other than the vehicle in
respect of which it was issued,
shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not
exceeding 1,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding
6 months.
