Section 32: Motor vehicle dealer’s licence

32. Motor vehicle dealer’s licence (1) (a) Notwithstanding this Part, the Authority may, on the application of a dealer in, or manufacturer or repairer of, a motor vehicle or trailer, issue to him a motor vehicle dealer’s licence. (b) A motor vehicle dealer’s vehicle licence shall— (i) be in the prescribed form; and (ii) subject to the payment of the prescribed fee, to sections 33 to 36 and to any other conditions which may be prescribed, authorise the use of such number of motor vehicles or trailers as may be specified in it. (2) A person aggrieved by the refusal of the Authority to issue him a licence under this section may, within 7 days of the notification of the refusal to him, appeal to the Minister, whose decision shall be final.
