95. Applications to be published
The Authority shall publish in the prescribed manner notice of all—
(a) applications in respect of road service licences, taxi licences,
contract car licences and public carrier’s licences;

(b) its proposals to vary the conditions attached to and road service
licences, taxi licences, contract car licences,
specifying the time within which and the manner in which objections may be
made to the proposals or to the grant of the applications.
