33. Annual report
(1) The Chief Commissioner shall, not later than 3 months after the end
of every financial year, forward to the Minister, for presentation to the
President, a report reviewing the activities of the Regional Assembly during
that financial year.
(2) The Minister shall, within one month of receiving same, cause a copy
of the report to be laid on the Table of the National Assembly.

(3) This section shall apply to the period of 6 months ending 31
December 2009.
