34. Establishment of Executive Council
(1) There is established for the purpose of this Act an Executive Council
of the Regional Assembly.
(2) The Executive Council shall comprise—
(a) the Chief Commissioner;
(b) the Deputy Chief Commissioner; and
(c) not more than 5 other members of the Regional Assembly,
appointed by the President, acting on the advice of the Chief
Commissioner.
(3) The President or Vice-President shall administer to a Commissioner
the oath set out in the Third Schedule.
