4. Proceedings by or against Diocese
Service of process by or on the Bishop of Port Louis, and in case of the
death, absence or any other incapacity of the Bishop, or of vacancy, service
by or on the Ecclesiastical Administrator of the Diocese, shall be equivalent
to service by or on the Diocese.
