7. Management of Diocese
(1) The Diocese shall be managed and represented by the Bishop of Port
Louis, and in case of death, absence or any other incapacity of the Bishop,
or of vacancy, the Diocese shall be managed and represented by the Ecclesiastical Administrator of the Diocese.
(2) The Bishop of Port Louis or the Ecclesiastical Administrator of the
Diocese, as the case may be, shall exercise the powers of the Diocese.
(3) All deeds and acts concerning the Diocese shall be signed by the
Bishop of Port Louis, and in the case of death, absence or any other incapacity of the Bishop or of vacancy, by the Ecclesiastical Administrator of the
Diocese.
