139. Amount of outbidding
(1) Where a sale takes place before the Master, any person may, within
8 days from the adjudication, on good cause shown to the Master’s satisfaction, make an outbidding provided it is not less than one sixth of the sale
price, exclusive of all costs of sale.
(2) An outbidding shall, for the purposes of section 53, be deemed to be
an application incidental to the sale of immovable property.
