138. Sale by public competition Sections 14 (3), 23 to 25, 32, 33 (1), 34, 36 to 38, 40 to 46, 49 and 50 shall, with such adaptations and modifications as the context requires, apply to a sale, by public auction, of immovable property. PART VI – OUTBIDDING AND FOLLE-ENCHERE
