159. Where requisition is not made (1) Where no inscribed or judgment creditor makes a requisition under section 158, the value of the property shall be deemed to be definitely fixed at the price stipulated in the deed of sale or declared by the purchaser. [Issue 1] S3 – 36 Revised Laws of Mauritius (2) The purchaser shall be freed from every privilege or inscribed mortgage on— (a) payment of his price to the creditors according to the ranking of their claims; and (b) deposit of the price under paragraph (a) with the Master.
