160. Formalities of resale (1) Where the property is put up for sale by public auction, the sale shall be proceeded with under the formalities prescribed for sales by forcible ejectment. (2) The sale shall be proceeded with, at the instance of the purchaser, within 15 days after the date of the requisition specified in section 158. (3) Where, after the period specified in subsection (2), the purchaser has taken no step, the sale may be prosecuted at the instance of an inscribed or judgment creditor.
