165. Reimbursement (1) The adjudicatee shall, over and above his price of adjudication— (a) reimburse to the dispossessed purchaser the costs of his contract, and of the transcription, the deposit, and the notification of the deposit; and (b) pay the costs incurred towards the resale of the property in the manner provided in sections 34 and 74. (2) The duty payable upon the voluntary alienation shall be also refunded to the dispossessed owner as soon as the property has been adjudicated on the resale.
