171. Opening of ordre
(1) The Master, on receipt of the certificate, shall—
(a) make an order declaring that the ordre is opened; and
(b) cause a copy of his order to be posted up in some conspicuous
place in his office.
(2) The original shall be annexed to the certificate of inscriptions, and
shall be filed in the Master’s Office.
