170. Certificate transmitted to Master
The Conservator of Mortgages, or, notwithstanding article 2201 of the
Code Civil Mauricien, the notary designated under section 169, shall, ex officio, within 180 days of the application under section 169, transmit the

certificate to the Master, and the costs of the certificate shall be paid to the
Master by the party who has the carriage of the proceedings.
