176. Provisional scheme of distribution
(1) (a) Where the Master has drawn up the provisional scheme of distribution, he shall sign it and issue a notice signed by him.
(b) The notice shall be posted up in his Office.
(2) Within 10 days after the posting of the notice in the Master’s Office,
the attorney who has the carriage of the proceedings shall notify and summon the attorneys of the creditors who have made production and the execution debtor to take communication of the provisional scheme of distribution, and make such objection to the scheme as they think fit, within 30
days from the date of service.
