177. Production out of time
Where a creditor has neglected to make a production of his claim within
the period specified in section 175, he may do so at any time before the expiry of the 30 days for objecting to the provisional scheme of distribution,
but, in such case, he shall—
(a) give, at his own cost, notice of his production to the creditors
who have already made production of their claims; and
(b) pay the costs of his production.
