192. Erasure on total or partial payment
The ex officio inscription—
(a) may be reduced, on the payment of the claim collocated, according to the extent of the amount paid; and
(b) shall be finally erased, on proof by the adjudicatee that he has
paid the purchase price to the creditors collocated for payment
or to the execution debtor, as the case may be.
