193. Opening of ordre
(1) Where a property has been sold, otherwise than by forcible ejectment, the ordre may be opened at the request of the most diligent creditor or
of the purchaser.
(2) Whatever may be the mode of sale, no distribution by way of ordre
shall be necessary where there are less than 4 inscribed creditors on the
property.
(3) Where there are less than 4 inscribed creditors on the property, the
distribution of the price shall take place by the judgment of the Master.
