63. Continuance of proceedings
(1) Where a seizure has been erased and where, subsequent to its transcription and prior to the erasure, other creditors have presented seizures for
transcription, the proceedings shall be continued by the creditor who has
applied for the erasure.
(2) Where the creditor takes no steps, within 3 days, to have his seizure
transcribed, the proceedings may be continued by the most diligent creditor.
