62. Proceedings on subrogation Where subrogation has been granted against a party who has the carriage of the sale, that party— (a) shall deliver forthwith, to the party subrogated, all documents relating to the seizure on being given a simple receipt for them; and (b) may, after the judgment of adjudication, claim payment of his disbursements only as part of the costs of sale.
