61. Decision of Master
(1) The decision of the Master, on any demand in subrogation, shall,
except where subrogation is requested on the ground of fraud or collusion,
be final and without appeal.
(2) The costs of the proceedings shall, in all cases, be borne by the
unsuccessful party, in accordance with articles 130 and 131 of the Code de
Procédure Civile, and shall not be considered as costs of sale.
