15. When appraisement necessary
(1) Where any movable property, which has been placed under seal, does
not exceed 400 rupees, no public appraisement shall be necessary unless
called for by one of the interested parties.
(2) Where one of the interested parties has called for a public appraisement, it shall suffice for the auctioneer to draw up a description of the
property.
