16. Special report on appraisement
Where, at the making of an inventory, no public valuation is effected, the
auctioneer shall draw up a special report of his appraisement, annex it to the
memorandum (procès-verbal) of sale, and produce the memorandum to the
Attorney-General and the Judge, in all sales where their presence is required
by law.
