126. Power to give directions Without prejudice to his powers under the Financial Services Act, the Chief Executive may, in relation to activities governed by this Act, direct a person, inter alia, toβ€” (a) do a specific act or refrain from doing a specific act for the purpose of compensating persons who have suffered loss because of a contravention of this Act, any regulations made under this Act or any FSC Rules by the person; [Issue 4] S7 – 48 Revised Laws of Mauritius (b) comply with the rules of a securities exchange, a clearing and settlement facility or an SRO.
