150. Publicity
(1) Subject to this section, any person may, on request, review or copy
any document lodged with the Commission under this Act, any regulations
made under this Act or any FSC Rules.
(2) The Commission may, by rules, specify reasonable procedures for requests, and reasonable terms and fees, for the purposes of subsection (1).
(3) The Commission may refuse to permit a document to be reviewed or
copied, in whole or part, where it is satisfied that—
(a) information in the document is confidential to the person lodging
the document, and has a real commercial value to the person
that would be seriously and unreasonably prejudiced if the information were to be made generally available; or
(b) information in the document is personal information about a person and it is in the public interest that the information should not
be generally available.
