9. Licence for securities exchanges (1) No person shall establish, maintain or operate a securities exchange in Mauritius, whether physically, electronically or otherwise, unless the person holds a securities exchange licence issued by the Commission. (2) No person other than a body corporate incorporated or registered in Mauritius as a public company shall hold a licence to operate a securities exchange.
