92. Notification to securities exchanges and Commission
(1) Where an issuer is given a notice under section 90 or 91, the issuer
shall, before the end of the day following the day of notification, give a copy
of the notice to—
(a) the Commission;
(b) the exchange where the securities of the reporting issuer are
listed on a securities exchange.
(2) The notice specified in subsection (1) may be published in accordance
with the FSC Rules or rules made by the exchange.
