8. Maintenance of accounts
(1) The CDS shall maintain accounts of deposited securities on behalf of
depositors in accordance with the rules of the CDS.
(2) A record of an entry in a securities account in respect of a dealing in
deposited securities shall be prima facie evidence of the matters so recorded.
