4. National Plant Varieties and Seeds Office
(1) There is set up within the Ministry a National Plant Varieties and
Seeds Office or “NPVSO”.
(2) NPVSO shall, under the guidance and supervision of the Seeds Committee—
(a) regulate the cultivation, production, trade, exportation and
importation of seeds of any variety of any kind of plant;
(b) be responsible for the enforcement of this Act.
