5. Officers of NPVSO (1) There shall be such public officers as may be necessary to assist NPVSO in the proper discharge of its functions under this Act. (2) The officers of NPVSO shall be under the administrative control of the supervising officer. (S. 5 came into operation on 8 January 2018.)
