22. Execution of documents
(1) Subject to subsection (2), any document shall be deemed to be executed by or on behalf of the Authority where it is signed by—
(a) the Chairperson; or
(b) the Managing Director.
(2) A cheque of the Authority shall be signed by—
(a) the Chairperson; and
(b) the Managing Director or such other person as may be appointed
for the purpose by the Board.
