23. Donations and exemptions
(1) Article 910 of the Code Civil Mauricien shall not apply to the Authority.
(2) Notwithstanding any other enactment, the Authority shall be exempt
from payment of—
(a) any registration duty, fee or charge in respect of any document
under which the Authority is the sole beneficiary; and
(b) any other duty, rate, fee or charge.
