11. Dissolution of Société
(1) The Société may, on the proposal of the Committee, be dissolved in
such manner as may be prescribed.
(2) Where the Société is dissolved, all assets remaining after winding up
shall be transferred to or used for a charitable institution in Mauritius designated by the Committee.
