12. Regulations
(1) The Committee may make regulations for the management of the
affairs of the Société, for regulating the procedure at meetings of the Committee, for the election of members and generally for the purposes of this
Act.

(2) Notwithstanding the Interpretation and General Clauses Act, regulations made under subsection (1) shall not be required to be laid before the
Assembly.
