8. Meetings of Committee
(1) The Committee shall meet not less than once every 3 months and
more often if necessary.
(2) The quorum of the Committee shall be 6.
(3) The Committee shall be convened by the Chairperson at such time as
he thinks fit and at any other time on application to the Chairperson by not
less than 4 members of the Committee.
(4) In the event of the death, incapacity to act or absence from Mauritius
of the Chairperson, the Committee may be convened by any member.
