25. Curatelle lands
(1) Where the Curator has been sent in possession of immovable property, the area of which is of 50 acres or more, he shall give notice of the
fact to the Conservator of Forests, who shall then keep watch over, superintend and protect, such property on behalf and at the expense of the Curator.
(2) The Conservator of Forests shall not incur any expense on account of
the property, except such as may be necessary to keep watch over, superintend and protect it.
